5. Water Less Chrome Tanning – UNDER TRIALS

1. Effluent Treatment Plants:-Continuous R&D projects look at processes to reduce sludge production, chemical, manpower and energy usage during the treatment of our wastewater. Our reverse osmosis plant ensures that all recovered water is fully recycled and utilised within our facility, resulting in zero liquid effluent discharge from our facility. 
2. Chemical Substitution:-Our R&D department has an extensive chemical and process testing programme to identify and commercialise innovative solutions that will increase the use of environment-friendly chemicals, save energy and reduce water consumption. 
3. Energy Saving:- By installation of Aqua Mix, 100% Steam Condensate recycling, Proper Insulation we are working on all possible procedure for saving energy and keeping our environment healthy. 
4. Pollution Control :-Extensive and ongoing programmes of waste reduction, recycling and treatment ensure that pollution is minimised, monitored and controlled 
5. Water Harvesting:- We have incorporated environmentally friendly practices for ground and roof water harvesting, thereby limiting the consumption of water.
